METHOD ----

Boil potatoes and mash them very thoroughly to make sure there is no solid left.
Add all of the above masala except the seeds.
Now in a pan pour very little oil and add coriander seeds & whole white cumin n let it heat up and add the mashed potatoes and mix it all n make sure to warm through the mashed potatoes.
In the end just add very thinly chopped cubed green chillies , thinly chopped coriander leaves and let it cool down properly.
Now flatten a small dough ball abt 2 inches in diameter and rub ghee or oil and spoon the potato mixture and flatter another small dough ball and rub ghee/oil on it and press it on top of the potato mixture, ghee/oil side down.
Press it evenly and flatten a bit with the belan to make sure evrythng sticks together.
Now very carefully put this flat paratha on the tawa n carefully cook it like Normal paratha.

Hope tis receipe s useful n lemme knw ur story in makin it :)
