A Random Sundae!

Weekends are a bliss aren't they? Come friday, just the thought of a weekend is a bliss! But by Sunday evening, boredom and the pre monday blues can get so depressing!

Oct 30 2011, was one such boring sunday. Net was disconnected, I was absolutely not in any mood to study, and I had absolutely nothing to do, except listen to my nieces crib and irritate me the entire day! :D
So, to kill boredom we decide to do something. We began searching for recipes in magazine which we had decided to prepare a loonngg time ago! But, well nothing suited us best. And then, Alhumdulillah, a random idea strikes and my brain was left working again! With all the random items I could think of we ended up making this ---->

Rich Chocolate with Icecream

Looks  Yumm isn't? Well, It tasted yum too. Here's the recipe for it:

Servings: 4 -5

Ingredients:

Vanilla Ice-cream - 5 cups (the family pack was not available so we used 1 small cup for each bowl)
Britannia Chocolate Cake - 1 packet
Fresh Cream
Powdered Sugar
Good day biscuits - 1 packet
Chocolate sauce

Procedure:
1.First, prepare the fresh cream: Take fresh cream in a bowl and mix 3-4 spoons of powdered sugar.
2.Break the biscuits into tiny pieces (literally crumble it :P ) and put it in the cream.
3.Now layer the bowl in which the desert is to be served with ice-cream.
4.Next, heat the cake in the oven for about 30-40 secs (optional, but this makes the cake little soft and gives a hot cum cold effect to the desert) and layer the pieces on the ice-cream.
5.Pour the cream cum biscuit mixture on top of the cake.
6.Drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
6. Your "Rich Chocolate with Ice-cream" is ready for you to indulge in! :)

Thought, you don't have to stick to the the measurements, since all of them were pretty random! So, go ahead and experiment with your rich chocolate! :)
Let me warn you it's very rich and heavy, you wont be able to have more than a bowl of it even though you'll want to have more! :P

So, the moral of the recipe: When boredom strikes, try randomness!:P(That line sounds lame, I know, but it definitely works! ;) )
